digital postcard #0007

Facts About Canada Goose [Branta canadensis]
It is believed that there are as many as 11 different races of the Canada Goose. The Canada Goose often is called the Canadian Goose, however, in the ornithological standard this name is not used. Canada Geese are named for Canada even thought they can be found all over the North America. For the local people Canada Goose is a very common bird and we tend to ignore them most of the time. For foreigners this bird can be very exotic. Just imagine a Japanese visitor chasing our geese with a camera. I didn't have to, I saw it.

Digital Postcard Series: Imagine If You Can

digital postcard #0003

"The Chinese pianist Liu Chi Kung was imprisoned for seven years during the Cultural Revolution, during which time he had no access to a piano. When he returned to giving concerts again after he was released, his playing was better than ever. Asked how this was possible since he had not practice for seven years, he replied: I did practice, every day. I rehearsed every piece I had ever played, note by note, in my mind." ~ by Bernie Zilbergeld

This is something I actually believe in and I know it works. I have imagine doing my school work, studying for exam, practicing martial arts, and in cooking. I can cook up a meal in my head, and when it comes to actually cook, it is so so easy to do.
On the other hand, if you have not look at the picture very closely yet, then try to look again, you will be surprised what you will find in the nature's sculpture.
